Final Seal Matte Makeup Sealer

Ben Nye Final Seal is a matte makeup sealer with a refreshing mint scent that helps makeup last longer. Use it before a makeup application to slow perspiration or apply it over the completed makeup look to create a smudge and water-resistant finish. In a well-ventilated area, hold Final Seal at least 6-8 inches away from the skin, and spray makeup with an even and smooth coating. Cream makeup, like concealers and foundations, needs to be set with powder before Final Seal is applied.
